Mike was our guide. Our group wanted to see the Statue of Liberty. The cruise in the harbor and Michael's narrative gave us so much more. We learned about the different Burroughs, the bridges, some of the buildings, the best budget friendly food, Ellis Island, and so much more. It was a very enjoyable afternoon. We met individuals from all over the world in one afternoon. It was well worth it to us, first-time New York City visitors.
The views around this lighthouse are spectacular. There are easy walking paths paths throughout the grounds. An absolute must-see! Entrance was free. Parking was paid for at a kiosk. There were some free handicapped parking spots. Unfortunately, the museum was closed during our visit. Portable bathroom units were available for use.
