My husband and I have been eating lunch on our weekly shopping day regularly since the past 4 years more or less. Hardly ever been disappointed.

(After waiting for one and a half hour we we're not able to get any food. We felt abandoned in that hidden corner and when we asked how much longer we had to wait, we were told another 20 minutes. At that point we decided to leave, since our 9 year old was with us. Now we're sitting at McDonald's waiting for our food.)
Update.
Since last Sunday, we were contacted by the restaurant's owner and after profuse apologies invited us to give another try, which we were planning to do. So we booked a table and went for dinner. We were recognised by the staff and treated with respect and amazing service. We ordered a kid menu, which looked inviting and a menu for 2 called Asia, which consisted of 2 starters, wan tan soup, delicate and warming and chicken Yakitori, which even our picky son managed to love.
The main course consisted of a spicy prawns in a Thai curry sauce, delicious and crispy Chinese pork, babi pangang, with a sweet and sour sauce and tender strips of beef in a black bean sauce. Served with white rice. The meal was substantial without being excessive and it was simply delicious. Including with the meal coffee, we asked for espresso which was surprisingly drinkable and a choice of spirit.
The meal and the drinks, a few Chinese beers and bottled water, was on the house.
We shall definitely return as paying customers.
