10/10 for all aspects of fine dining!! Definitely worthy of a star. The food was amazing from start to finish. We did the “full experience” and it was well worth it! The wine pairing wasn’t my favorite, though they did introduce a wide array of very hard to get wines from all over Europe. Just not my taste in wines per se, but that’s not at the fault of the restaurant. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fine dining vegetarian/vegan experience in Copenhagen!

Most authentic food we had in the Dolomites and at an excellent price. Truly delicious, to the point that we went twice on our trip, which I don’t think I have ever done. I don’t like to repeat restaurants so I can try out different options, but this was just so darn good that sometimes it’s worth repeating! We had the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and beet root ravioli the first time and spaghetti with ragu and pizza with mushrooms the second time. We also had their tiramisu which was to die for! Their wine selection is perfect and very cheap. Highly highly recommend!!! Can’t wait to go back the next time we’re up there!

Also of note- you cannot add tip to the bill if paying with card- needs to be in cash. Apparently this is throughout Italy (though I have traveled Italy numerous times in the next couple years and this has never been a thing, though maybe is new).. but I did come across this with another restaurant on this trip as well. So make sure you have cash to tip the wonderful staff!!

Wow. I have no words for the experience at this restaurant! It truly is an experience. From start to finish, the entire team is extraordinary! Best Michelin dining experience I have had yet!! Menu is very unique and wine pairing is on perfect point with all delicious is wines!
