Kent Fung

Good sushi places tend to start blending together and looking the same. This one stands out: it's wonderful AND unique. Come here if you want more than just the usual tuna, salmon, yellowtail, etc. Many of the pieces we had were fish we'd never heard of -- and they were delicious and different.

Also, the chef was fun to talk to. We will be back.
