We attended a show at the Temple Hoyne Buell Theater in May. The entire venue was spectacular! It is well maintained and very clean. The staff and our VIP experience host were exceptional! They provided a safe, secure, and professional experience. We only experienced an issue with a bar tender. He had a difficult time understanding our requests and we ended up paying for 2 extra drinks twice! It was too difficult to try and reverse the cost. It would have taken too much time and energy to fix it. We just hope it wasn't happening to more guests. Elizabeth the door greeter was phenomenal recognizing us we re-entered as VIPs after a quick break outside and she was present when the show was over asking how our experience was. She made it very special. A suggestion would be to have security present outside the doors for guests who exit and re-enter. The sound and lighting for the show was spot on!

We stopped in to Rioja before a concert at the Buelle Theater. We had drinks that were mixed to perfection; cosmopolitan. The food was presented in a beautiful way. The meats and cheeses were delicious! We sat on the patio which was fantastic to relax and people watch. The inside of the restaurant is beautiful so we will have to return to experience it. We only wished the server was a bit more attentive. We had to get up and ask for more drinks and to check on our food; we had to be at the theater at a particular time. It seems to be LGTBQ+ friendly. We will be back

I attended an event here and was pleased to see how clean this lodge was. It was fun to see some of the history in the hall cases. The stained glass windows are beautiful! There is a bar on the 3rd floor and the bar tender was kind. The drink prices were very reasonable. I have never been to an Elk's lodge before.

The food was good. We arrived and thought it was busy because we waited so long to be seated. We noticed the restaurant was empty. After receiving our table we waited a long time for anyone to come to our table. Finally we got our beverage order and appetizers placed. Between the appetizer and dinner the wait was so long. No refills on water or chips and salsa. I had to get up and find someone. They were all talking and laughing by the kitchen. The service here is poor. We waited forever for our check and to pay!
