This is a beautiful hotel however the management and the staff have been doing this location a disservice to say the least.
The last dozen or so times we’ve been here entertaining clients we were shocked at the the poor attitudes we encountered throughout the establishment.

The staff we encountered from the door to the rooftop acted like it was an inconvenience to have us.

I won’t be back here again with clients or friends, and I hope that this review will be used by the Edition to prevent our experiences from happening to other guests.

You’re in the hospitality business, it would serve you well to remember that.
