बीबी के मक़बरे का निर्माण मुग़ल औरंगजेब ने, अंतिम सत्रहवीं शताब्दी में करवाया था। इतिहासकारों के अनुसार इस मक़बरे का निर्माण आजमशाह ने दिलरस बानो बेगम की याद में बनवाया था। इन्हें राबिया-उद-दौरानी के नाम से भी जाना जाता था। यह ताज महल की आकृति पर बनवाया गया था। यह औरंगाबाद, महाराष्ट्र में स्थित है।
