Cotter Caves
Cotter cave is a special place. Scientifically still very special despite past vandalism, fires and theft.
You can't get into the caves without a permit and a Ranger Guide. And it's pretty unspectacular. From the look out platform there is a good view of the local area. Inside, all the secondary cave formations have been vandalized or stolen. Please keep out. It is all very underwhelming. The cave is unstable and you'll disturb the various species of Cave fauna.
Go walk to Paddy's river and play on the stepping stones.
