Quality and designer built home is now about 10 years old. The vibe and the tone of this building is just really warm. You def should live here. Well worth the hype.

Visited the Flatiron House! Right on busy 23rd street between 5th and 6th ave across from the famous Home Depot building. Boutique size of 44 units divided into two different towers, north and south. Common charges and taxes are higher for the size and amenities offered. Very convenient location on 23rd closer to Madison square park, union square, NoMad, and many transportation options available. About half sold right now and is move in condition. COOKFOX is the architect on the record. They are known for environmentally conscious design and this building isn’t an exception. The mini garden is offered right on your window that are self watered! Super cool. I have never seen this before. I liked the finishes. Def worth checking out and expect to pay premium for this building. And 4 self serviced parking spot is also available for 400k!

Lanterns! What a building. This is the one that you just wont forget once you see them. Just as cool as it is to look from outside, inside is also very cool. And the quality? Good. Designed by Heatherwick studio who also the firm behind the vessel and the Little Island. Built be Related who is the firm behind so so many projects in the city. 90% sold now.

This project is done by Toll brothers. Good finishes with high ceiling. Toll brothers do not mess around. They are known for quality and just a right amount of amenities so your monthlies do not go too much. A bit if city center when you are out of the building but a great project. Id recommend here.
