One of the original TriBeCa condominium loft conversion. Built 1915. Barrel Vaulted Ceilings and pre war charm. Wood burning fireplaces and just 9 residences. Not a lot of turnover. Prime location on Jay and Greenwich. Aka 21 Jay.

One of the best doorman condominium values in TriBeCa with a central location. Good views from the upper floors facing East.

As of 2022 this is the newest West Chelsea offering by Related. It is a 25-story waterfront luxury condo designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA) with interiors from Olson Kundig. The luxury building is Located at 555 West 22nd Street in Chelsea, the tower offers residents views of the Hudson River and almost 20,000 square feet of amenity space. While exact pricing for all 144 loft-like residences has not been released yet, a spokesperson for the project said two-bedrooms start at just above $4 million and over $21 million for four bedrooms. #whoyourbrokerismatters
200 Eleventh Avenue
200 11th Avenue is a fairly new luxury condominium. It was built in 2009-2011 and is located in West Chelsea. 200 Eleventh Avenue is best known for having a sky garage where an elevator brings your car up to your unit.
There are 16 expansive residences that boast views of the Hudson River and the skyline. It has simplexes with terraces, duplexes and penthouses ranging in size from 1,300 to 3,500 square feet. Great rental building. Run by Related. Four Seasons Hotel style attention and service. The super Brendon is amazing as is each of the doorman. The building was recently renovated. One of the best rental buildings in TriBeCa. On site Garage.
