We visited during off peak hours. In the beginning there is an instruction time. Officially this should last 30 min. It actually lasted 5 min, everything was rushed and we (two adults with no children) left not knowing where we can start the course, how to properly secure ourselves on the zip line, which courses were for which level etc. Basically, the instruction was useless. So we coupled our rope wrong on the zip line and got stuck.

The courses are fun, but the instruction was lacking severely. I would not like that if I had come here with my child.

Also, it was impossible to order drinks. I think they are heavily understaffed.
