JetBlue Airways
The good:
For starters jet blue had a great online check in process. Their selection of stacks is great. I personally would easily go through 5 bags of brown sugar cookies before you could finish blinking. The plantain chips were good too. Most of the flight attendants were male so +1 for gender equality.
The bad:
My flight was delayed 3 hours. Even after that they were delayed an additional 15 minutes on the tarmac. All of the in flight media was broken and they offered no compensation for any of the inconveniences. The gate keeper lady seemed to be having a bad day and was not providing clients with a good and cheerful attitude. One of the flight attendants seemed to be having the same kind of day. The flight attendants stopped serving items to us and had us self serve instead. So what are they attending if not the patrons of the flight
The terminal:
The terminal was run down and seemed quite outdated. They had a couple power stations so you could charge your phone whether it was really only a few for 6 gates. So there were lots of proud to long waits and The devices will charge extremely slowly. Some were held together with zip ties There was a lack of tabletop seating for people who needed to pop open their laptop and work. The reason I am mentioning the terminal in this review is because I heard that airlines have to invest in terminal maintenance.
