The service was superb, the place is intimate, fun music. I only have 2 comments leading to 4 out of 5 stars on the food:
1. Bread and butter - yes, especially in a 2 star restaurant, this is the best way for the chef to demonstrate his creativity. Just as an example, the bread and butter I had at Vollmers and Lazy Bear were unforgettable.
2. I did not understand the theme. Every course was perfectly executed but I did not get the overall flow like I’m used to in other Michelin star restaurants.
