Mint and olives have great food and I don't think this restaurant is as popular as it should be.

We went on a Friday night and there was no wait time (plenty of seats available).
The staff was nice and our food came out within a reasonable time.

We got the Mixed Kabab and I think they have the best rice in all Mediterranean places I have been to in Seattle! The meats were also great. Huge portions, too!

There are 2 unisex restrooms and they were clean. Not sure if they have dedicated parking, but there are some on the street and there's a parking lot nearby.

I think not a lot of people know about this place because the design from outside is not flashy, but it definitely deserves more recognition. Glad we decided to try it. Highly recommended and will definitely be back next time!
