Torak is a significant source of river Čikola in it's lower part, actually just before it's confluence with river Krka. It lies in a flat valley surrounded with lush swamp-like vegetation, making an unbeliavable contrast to the dry, barren rocky slopes around it. A trail from village Goriš and the viewpoint goes downhill to it. One can go the same way back or make a circle using a gravel road to the north. The source looks like a lake. There are few unusable old boats around it's coast and the ruins of small buildings which look like they have something to do with electricity. Interesting place to visit and enjoy nature.
Russian Chapel

The Russian Chapel at Vršič pass survived the turmoils of World War I and still stands in its full beauty. It was built in 1916 by Russian POWs in their prison camp as a memorial to the prisoners who died there.
The place is easily accessible except in winter if the road is closed due to snow. If going uphill, the car can be parked at a small parking lot with public toilet on the right and stairs to the Chapel go from the left side of the road.
The place is quiet, gives a peaceful feeling, there is a small stream next to the chapel and a memorial tomb. Some remains of the prison camp can still be recognized.
There is also an info panel with the story and directions how to virtually visit this place using an app but the app doesn't work on my phone.
An interesting historical and cultural site.
