This small hole-in-a-wall Japanese cafe was fun to visit for a quick drink and cool down from the Saigon heat. Located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City along the Nguyen Hue walking boulevard, it is conveniently positioned for a well-earned rest for those exploring the city. Drink prices were reasonable for District 1 tourist area. Drinks were slightly slow coming out.

Love coming to this no-nonsense Chinese restaurant that has been very popular with the evening crowds for decades now. This is my go-to place for late night meals. Highly recommend the XO sauce pipis with congee. Most dishes are delicious and serve family style. Always busy and noisy but fun atmosphere. It is located in a small alley in the middle of Chinatown but worth the visit.

Recommend this unassuming but great Chinese seafood restaurant located in the heart of the Russell Street entertainment area. Love the XO sauce lobster and abalone dishes (prepared all three ways). You should pick your preferred seafood friends from the live tanks where the staff will weigh your catch and prepare them according to your requests. Seafood always fresh and cooked to deliciousness!

Beautiful monument dedicated to remembering Australian fallen heroes in war. Night view was impressive due to quietness and no crowds. The constant fire is also solemn. There is a visitor centre to learn more. Great location that is easibly accessible by public transportation next to city centre.

Loved this beautiful Ukrainian church memorial. Interesting architecture that is eye-catching, lovely surrounding green space with colourful flowers, trees with special local breed of monkeys, wide grassy fields, and impressive display of Ukrainian orthodox relics.
