The dining experience at Roaring Fork is exceptional and memorable.
This location is beautifully built by the lake with upscale ambience.
I can keep talking how good this restaurant is but a piece of advice for you is please do order Brussels sprouts and macaroni and cheese. You won’t regret.

You can pick whatever you want from the shelf and you pay by weight.
I had Thai soup base which I believe they added to much MSG.

Overall it’s good. Probably not healthy but I don’t come here for healthy food. I come here for guilty pleasure.

Incredible dining and olive oil tasting experience.
Food is great. Olive oil tasting consists two sessions including introduction of olive oil harvest and processing and tasting.
The lecturer is very knowledgeable, nice and kind. The entire session is very informative and entertaining.
Great place to stay couple hours.
