Super cool concept. Build your own hotpot. Pick your toppings, noodles, and broth. They’ll weigh your toppings and that’s how you get charged. I love their Szechuan spice. It’s easy for me to over do it on the toppings though lol. I think my bowl has been like $25 both times I came here.
