If you are thinking of renting in this building, think twice. The maintenance of the building is bad, cockroaches, and chiller included, but since the building is old, there is mould deep inside in the tubes that you and your kids will always be sick. The management is a bunch of crooks. They will ask for a huge amount of deposit and you will never get that money back because when you are leaving the apartment they will blame you for several petty damages. They conned us AED 8K. The sleezy man sitting in the office looking and behaving like a local is actually pakistani and is the leader of the team of thieves. The building has a bad reputation as it is. If you do not trust, look for how many apartment lights are on in the night, and it will tell you the occupancy of the building. Also, since the building is owned by a Shiekh, there is no one who will listen to your complaints.
