Attended the Heal & Meditation 🧘‍♀️ event and it was awesome sauce 😁 I was born in Meridian Towers and swam in the water that used 2 be here (was named Malcolm X Park then); the architecture is AMAZING, not 2 mention the breath taking views...planning 2 bring my son 4 the drumming gathering on Saturdays; so happy I found this park again 😍

Attending an awesome event 4 the community! Vibe and scenery was great (food, music, people)! My only grip is the restroom facility. Water from outside, gathered in the restroom and the sink reminded me of junior high school (40 yrs ago). I find it sad, that across the water there are 2 stadiums and a yacht club, but the children of Ward 8 don't have access 2 what is rather basic. I'll visit the park again and I hope some administrator will make the necessary upgrades for the children of that community. Only 3 stars 🌟 becuz of the outdated restroom, it would have been 5 🌟

Every time I think I've found my fav intimate theatre space, here comes a new one! I performed in this space as a kid, AND this new and improved look is EVERYTHING!!! It's a MUST SEE ❤️❤️❤️ staff is amazing and beams customer service! Shout out 2 Nester, the most even tempered person I've ever met; cool as a cucumber 😁

A hidden gem! 1 of my goals has been 2 visit every theatre space in DC, and CHAW did not disappoint. Great space 4 kids-adults❤️💗❤️

Had an awesome experience! Didn't grow up in church but Ellis 💕 GOD and Jesus (without training), so I decided 2 search 4 a church home. I believe we've found it! The way Pastor Michael applies scripture 2 present day situations helped me visualize GOD's word. I feel full and thankful 4 today and I look forward 2 next Sunday. ❤️💕🙏🏾💕❤️
