They make you wait outside and don't even have a simple ticket system so everyone can be called according to the number they've arrived in. You'll go there 3 or 4 times before you actually get some help or service. They don't answer calls and there are only 2 service points. God help you if the safari suit guy is there...even the guards have an attitude
