The highest level is not open to the public, which was interestingly a secret place for the authorities in the past to hold private meetings.

Visited this place in Norooz, and the main two bathrooms were closed. People in charge didn't let us know the reason why, but I assume that was due to Covid, since there were a lot of people in there.
