Air Riderz Adventure Park Vaughan
Really fun adventure indoor park with trampoline, ninja course, dodgeball, climbing and other fun bounce games. Fairly priced for one time vs membership entries. We stopped in for the kids to let off some steam while shopping at Vaughn Mills. The size is not the same as a Sky zone but we have been to the big name trampoline parks and this place is comparable in value.
It was not crowded on Christmas Eve. The staff were attentive and monitored kids activities. The place seemed clean and well maintained. All sections were opened. Kids slushies were reasonably priced and all snacks were orderly.
I would recommend it.

BMCC Tribeca Performing Arts Center
Tribeca film festival review. 5 stars for actual arts center. Good audio and comfortable seating for decent viewing even at the extreme upper corners.
1 star off for the management of crowds. We waited 2+ hours along the side of the building. At one point it started raining, cold rain. By the time we were allowed to enter, one of the elderly women passed out. We had tickets with assigned seats and could have just entered earlier. I believe this could have been better managed.

Basketball court
Great basketball court in the waterfront Paulus Hook area. Located in the General Nathaniel Greene Park across from the Essex St Lightrail station. Few benches in the shade and well maintained. In the summer, the park closes at 7pm.
Central Park Playground
Cute little wooden playground and bouldering block. Clean indoor washrooms and easy parking. Just in front of the walking trails by the Bow River.
Treetop Adventure Course
The junior ropes course and zip line for ages 7+ was fun for our kids was really a fun time. Nice to have this great recreation center close by. Admission was very reasonable.
Big kudos to the staff working at the juniors course as the child and mom in front of us froze up halfway. The staff patiently talked to the child while he was bawling, screaming, "I don't want to die" clenched onto a post. Eventually 2 staff members had to rescue him. Unfortunately, that meant our kids, myself and the rest of the group were stranded on hot sunny platforms midway for a solid 10 minutes. The safety harnesses are hooked up in series so you cannot pass or change the order of climbers.
It was pretty evident the kid was not going to be able handle the jr. course based on how scared (crying) he was on the initial beginner's course. Entirely, the inconsiderate parent's fault.
Possible tip: if the climber in front of you is crying before even starting ask to go ahead of them.
