Cat Tea

Such a fun experience! The quality of service and food here is amazing. Definitely get the truffle broth if it's available. It's surprisingly light and refreshing while not being too much truffle. The silver is also popular for a reason! The depth of flavor from cooking meat in the broth really ads a new level of complexity. The wagyu pancakes were very thin and crispy a pleasant surprise.
