Lots of small businesses selling the same stuff. Others burning incense with a very strong odor. Parking spots are limited and spaces are tight. There is a $1 parking fee only if you purchase something. Otherwise, the fee is $2. The advertising at the parking entrance is misleading.
Big shopping mall with all the shops you can find in any other in Quito. Lots of parking space. No fee for parking. The access is a little complicated since it is located at a main avenue and a lot of urban bus lines and taxis are passing by right at the entrance.
