Be aware to do business with this company!
I found it was very unprofessional, unreliable, and unfair for a reputable company to take advantage of customer.
We bought sofas which costs almost about 20,000$ I have requested the sale rep specifically to include the shipping and tax on the initial quote. On the final quotation I signed the quotation stated that the “There is no additional costs ” and sent it back. However when the sofas ready, they have asked more 3500$ to pay for shipping fee from Paris to U.S. I was shocked. I told them about my note on the quotation that “there is no additional fee” but they claimed that they have seen the document but they did not sign off!!
This issue should have been brought up since the negotiation process, not after the deposit has been paid, not after the furniture has been produced. It is misleading and dishonest to led my client and I believe that was the final price.
If they didn’t “sign off” on the price on the initial quote, why did you have the furniture made!!!
Their insincerely solution is give us more discount from 3500$ to 2700$ which is still high. I don’t think it is fair for us.
