Opens at 5pm and within 30 or so minutes it gets busy. Get seated in front near the light of the windows or in the back where it's moody jazz club vibes. Food and drink both complex, enjoyed each bite or sip. Happy hour weekdays only.
And fun fact, according to Wikipedia, they re-popularized the Last Word cocktail in the 2000s. Who knew?!

Made a reservation for Saturday breakfast. The place is deceptively huge inside! Two (or three?!) levels. Boozy brunch options available and portions are big. We ordered 3 dishes among 4 of us and shared. Everything was really tasty. Our server was super friendly.

Great spot to stop in pre-Sounders match as it's walking distance to Lumen Field. Happy hour too if it's a weekday match.

Busy spot on a Friday night. Scored hard to find, free, neighborhood street parking. Enjoyed our selection of rolls, garlic green beans and agedashi tofu. Super busy wait staff who got us everything we ordered with minimal pleasantries. We saw in the reviews the special vegetarian roll with sweet potato and avocado on the menu and it did not disappoint. They had a selection of other menu options suitable for our vegetarian dinner too. Seems like they had a steady stream of to-go orders which contributed to the fast-paced atmosphere.
