Excellent gallery with interesting art and very nice and welcoming curators. The artwork looks better in person than in my photos (which is the way it should be!) so I won’t bother to post any but suggest you visit.

I was walking by and noticed one of the artist’s work on the walls. Interesting counter culture theme. Not pretentious, though the man at the desk was not friendly at all — I’m thinking it’s Memorial Day weekend and working on it is rough.

Interesting and engaging show where you choose doors to open and enter rooms each displaying artwork that are political messages. (I thought I took more photos but the fact that I didn’t means I was focused more on the experience than the journaling.)

Great Malaysian jerky. We tried a variety of different ones, spicy, sweet, beef and pork and all were really tasty and delicious. The shop it clean and staff are helpful enough, though I’m not sure it’s a place to ask questions more than it is to order and enjoy.

This is not your supermarket beef jerky. Rather it’s fresh and soft and totally delectable. Today we bought a half pound of the beef and it was a big mistake that we didn’t buy more!!! We are trying to come up with reasons to go back to the Lower East Side to pick up more, and the other flavors too.
