This is the worst airline. I had booked a flight to Bangalore that got canceled. I waited for very long and precisely followed the instructions on IVR to connect to the helpdesk for travellers (and not for agents) After a very long wait I was still connected to the agents desk.

Could not speak to these guys for refund since then.
Their flights cancel very often.
Never, Never ever book Go Air.
