Other reviews are so right. I believe people not knowing about go air book ticket n when they experience they cry their eyes out. Consistently proven poor airline. i am travelling by this airline after 6 years. Took chance as I was travelling alone n thinking after 6 years it might have improved. But no. It is still the same
- delayed flight
- no updates
- missing ground staff
- after an hour delay, it is delayed even further n go- air staff itself is clueless
