Dive bar but the cocktails and beer selection is surprisingly good and vast. There’s a second level with a wrap around balcony. Friendly guy tending bar. Nice vibes, good music. The game’s on. Just cool.

Nothing here appears to be as it seems. The so-called raspberry hard lemonade made with corn whiskey did not taste spiked at all. I ordered the famous $100 posh burger and the Wagyu beef patty was bland with no seasoning of any kind. As you can see from the photos, the bun came sprinkled with lots of gold dust, but that’s about all that was special about the bun. I could’ve went to the store and got a King’s Hawaiian bread bun and it would’ve tasted better. I barely noticed the foie gras in the posh burger. They turned it into a thin patty and overlaid it on the wagyu. The truffle cheese was great if eaten separately from the burger. Together, it was just too stiff. The truffle mushrooms were good, but I found myself wishing they were on something else. Onions and tomato were nothing special. Positives? The staff were very friendly and the manager refunded my non-alcoholic spiked lemonade without fuss.

As a Google Local Guide, my recommendation is to avoid this place because if it wasn’t for the view, this venue would receive 0 stars from me. The bartenders are poorly trained and lacking in both skill for their craft and customer service. An order for an Old Fashioned seemed to be an impossible task and when I politely asked for the drink to be remade, the bartender grew hostile, argued, then ignored me for the rest of the evening. Manager also seemed clueless on how an Old Fashioned is made, how to manage unhappy customers, and how to manage unruly employees. The impression was unprofessional.

In addition, there is a balcony that goes all around the venue. Several planks in the balcony floor are not only wobbly but falling in causing a dangerous hazard. Towards the end of the evening, the same bartender in question who refused to remake my drink began slamming things around like a petty child in an attempt to intimidate my party into leaving. Another employee seemed unable to read the room when fireworks were randomly set off in the distance, as patrons walked over to view them, she began closing the doors to the balcony at that exact moment. When patrons objected, she kept saying we could just look through the glass. Nothing about this place made sense. It’s high end on the price and ice, but a very trashy experience. No legal parking anywhere near the area and kitchen closes at 11. Do not recommend going there unless you enjoy disappointment and rude service.

Brand new, gorgeous, modern building with a full bar / restaurant on the 66th floor. The office spaces are excellent. Soundproofing in the corridors to prevent hallway chatter from interrupting meeting in conference rooms. Fantastic views of both the city and the waterfront. Can see The Edge from there and the Honeycomb. Rigorous, but friendly and reasonable security for all tenants. Nobody gets in the floors without being fully identified and attached to a guest if not an employee. Pfizer has a ten year lease. Debevoise Plimpton just moved in, too.

Great views from the top! The building is pretty modern and clean, glass elevators and such.
