Great family gathering place, I regret not finding this place earlier. Excellent food all around. Definitely coming back here to try more stuff.

I’ve been here a few times already. The grilled fish is the way to go. I usually add some fatty beef and some vegetables. Very authentic, very spicy. I recommend trying to sausage/ham combo as well, super good.

Congee here is great! Sadly that’s really the only thing here. I wish they had noodles or something more. Wish the AC was a bit better too. I was sweating like a pig as I’m gorging on the porridge.

First time coming here. The food is decent, the funny thing is they are actually pretty good at spicy dishes though being a Beijing style Chinese restaurant. The chicken with peppers and the steam noodle with green beans are two of the better dishes I would recommend.

The service here was not great. The waiter did not specify the rules between paying cash vs card and came back to charge us for tea. It’s not about the cost, more of the principal. Though in the end the manager still didn’t take our money, but I feel that was because we were in a rush to leave and they were too busy to give us change; not it was the right thing to do because an employee didn’t do his job.

This is a nice little ma & pa restaurant. The side dish plating is really nice when ordering the combos. The fish ball soup is really good, one of the few places that actually has fish balls that taste like fish. The minced meat in the noodle and rice is a little inconsistent, sometimes good, other times salty. The steamed fish and stinky tofu are tasty dishes as well.
