I truly feel I found a hidden gem in this restaurant that’s located in one of my favorite neighborhoods in New York. This restaurant is absolutely fabulous! It is also very reasonably priced. Our waitress was ver kind to us. I’m always on the lookout for a restaurant that serves brunch because I love having breakfast and brunch. When I read the menu that it serves oatmeal I absolutely had to come because it’s very hard to find a restaurant that serves great oatmeal. The dish is called Oatmeal “Cappuccino”. I thought it was very creative to put steamed milk on top of the oatmeal. I loved it! The Pullman bread was very delicious served with seasonal jam and apple butter. That’s also something I’ve never seen before as well. I’ve never seen a restaurant serve apple butter. My friend ordered the scrambled eggs with home fries and salad. She loved the vinaigrette on top of the salad. She thoroughly enjoyed her meal very much. I will definitely come back because there are other things I really want to try. I’m so happy I discovered this restaurant. I highly recommend it to everyone.

The thing I loved when I entered this bakery was how it genuinely felt like an authentic Italian bakery. When I came in there was amazing aroma of all the baked goods. The smell of all those Italian cookies was amazing. When I saw everything in the display cases it was all beautifully presented. Everything looked amazing. Once again I always get overwhelmed when I see all the amazing baked treats that I don’t know what to get because I want everything. Lol! For my first visit I bought some fig and chocolate cookies. They were delicious! The staff were very nice to me. Overall this is a beautiful Italian bakery in a wonderful neighborhood. I would definitely come back again to try out more delicious baked treats.

This restaurant deserves its rank for having the best pancakes in New York. They are absolutely delicious! I’ve tried the blueberry and chocolate chip so far but I have no doubt that the banana walnut is delicious too. Everyone must try the grits. OMG they are so good! I like the restaurant so much that last year I celebrated my birthday over there with all my closest friends. Everyone said very nice things about the food. Two of my friends had the fried chicken and waffles. They liked it very much. My other friends had rave reviews for the shrimp and grits. Everyone must also try the biscuits and raspberry jam. They are very good! We all ate them up. This is truly a great restaurant. I highly recommend everyone to try the pancakes.

My friend and I were at Pier 81 because we were on the North River Lobster Company boat. I lived in New York my whole life and I have never seen any of the piers in the city. It was a real treat to see it for the first time. We got lucky it was a beautiful day to be walking around the pier. We saw a cute little dog park. I really like seeing the USS Intrepid. I’ve never seen a naval ship up close before. The sight I really enjoyed was watching people paddle boating on the river. I told my friend that I would like to do that one day because it looked like fun. I can see why people like to walk around the pier. It really is the best to be near the river!

A good friend told me about this restaurant experience. I was so excited because when I learned that you eat your meal on a boat while it sails around, I’ve never had that kind of experience before. I went with one of my best friends and we genuinely had a fun time. We managed to find a table on the top floor on the boat. I ordered a frose which was very yummy. I love frozen drinks. We ordered the truffle fries and we barely left any on the bowl because they were so good. We both ordered the classic lobster roll but I ordered mine with bacon. It was very good! It was exciting when the boat set sail and started sailing around. One funny thing happened my friend and I felt the strong breeze from where we were sitting that the wind blew away some of food on the floor. Our waiter said it happens all the time. I’ll bet. Lol! Before our trip was over our waiter told us the boat has another trip that sails at 7pm and it sails straight to the Statue of Liberty. He said the trip is very beautiful during sunset. My friend and I got so excited because we’re definitely doing that, and I’m bringing the rest of my friends next time.
