Sometimes this place gives me life. I go out on the pier and nature just fills me in. I don't want to leave. (Unless people are bringing their noise out there.) I *don't* like the park "police" who NEVER enforce the no e-bikes / motorcycles (!) rule (there are signs!) on the bike path, don't care if runners are on it, but ticket bikers going 4mph near the river.

This is regarding the senior tax help place. The guy very firmly told me he couldn't help me with the taxes I had done but I had to do it their way. Fill out the forms, go step by step. Stuff I had already taken 8 hours finishing. Someone was gone that day and I left after waiting an hour.

Great space, looking out on the United Nations and all the flags.
