Extremely understaffed. Took forever to get my milk tea. They have only 1 staff taking orders and making orders. I think I waited for 20mins for a cup of tea. The staff also didn’t know how to use the register to process a cup of milk tea with lychee jelly. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Can the owner please hire more staff?????? And also more experienced staff. Staff are always looking at their phones.
Also my “hot” premium milk tea was a best room temperature - I saw the girl pour it out from a kettle after she waited 30secs.
Sorry - please avoid this place. It is run by 5 year olds.

This qantas lounge in Hong Kong bets the Sydney qantas lounge hands down! The service is fantastic - frankly was excellent and even got the dim sum cart to head our way which was the children’s area. There is a buffet available with butter chicken, rice, roast veggies, beetroot pastas, a selection of salads and desserts including mango pudding. You can also order off the menu char Siu rice, fish ball noodle. In addition, there is a lady pushing the dim cart around the lounge. Plenty of space. Very clean. Our flight was late so this lounge was fantastic as I had a baby with me. There is shower and baby changing facilities. Baby high chair available too. Plenty to drink. Toilet extremely clean!

Staff at the front reception were a bit cold .. needed Warmer customer service. The cleaning staff, on the other hand, were very helpful. The cleaning staff gave me a high chair, cleaned our table and even provided serviettes for my baby!
Food was okay - the usual continental breakfast. The line for barista coffee was long. Bar is opened from midday only
