Unsafe pedestrian routes, hard to find elevator, few bus connections. Signage poor to navigate away, and Capital Bikeshare oddly distant from the Metro doors.

If viable, Metro Center and Foggy Bottom often preferable.

All the problems here are above ground, but they're significant.

Gets busy but still manages the crowd well on a Saturday morning - Front desk's a busy place, but, clear and concise.

No such rush in the lab rooms - I've been twice and brought my whole family another time, and always got kind service from empathic techs, and some of the least painful and simplest blood draws I've ever had.

Finally saw it open for the first time last week, after a half dozen trips through the park. Then closed again, in similar weather a week later. Nice enough, good coffee, but such unpredictable hours and such a small menu that I wouldn't bother planning a trip around it.
