Absolutely appalled with this management company. I live in one of their buildings. It's bad. They hire 99¢ workers to fix things, if that's what you call what they do. We have leaks all the time. Manager doesn't even come to the building. They don't return calls, we've gone thru numerous supers that do absolutely nothing. Building is full of drugs and hoodlums that hangout and drink, party and sell drugs, and they're not even tenants, elevator is always broken, people always getting stuck in the elevator until FDNY shows up. Management won't even acknowledge the problems here. They treat the tenants like trash. Our building was never, ever this bad until langsam took over being the property management company. Don't rent from them! They're horrible

Store is clean, employees are polite, and they have a lot of brands to choose from. Easy Access for people with disabilities. Parking on tremont can be good or bad depending off time of day. Prices are a little high but not as bad as others.

We have brought meat home that had been rotten, greens are always wilted, and the berries have mold. Prices are always off, sale prices don't come up on the register. You have to check your receipt ALWAYS. Cashiers get rude when you call out the price mistakes. And their prices are on the expensive side especially for the quality of food you are buying. Jack up the food prices in a poor neighborhood...

In the summer is nice as far as the blossoms and flowers. You can visit all the stray cats they feed. But unfortunately a lot of garbage on the ground.

It's a very clean quiet park. It's a very photogenic park. Bathrooms unfortunately closed this time of year but has a nice playground for the lil ones and benches all around the park for the adults. Nice paved pathways and beautiful sunsets... Enjoy!
