It was ok, steam room was out of service, the drying nail equipment too and one of the jacuzzis. It seems they need to take care of the place better. No snacks were available for guests.

I have always received the best customer service/ guest experience at this restaurant. Servers are always detail oriented and courteous. Food is delicious!

Beautiful resort!! I took my daughter for her birthday to the Ritz-Carlton’s SPA and it was amazing! From the moment of arriving to the SPA experience, everything is above and beyond. Excellent guest service and experience. Beautiful SPA and very relaxing. The perfect place to get pampered ,jacuzzi , tea, coffee and snacks are available.. fresh fruits…and complementary Champagne is a plus.

Arriving early gave us time to explored and enjoy the SPA to the fullest…. there is a significant walking to the SPA…. Will be back!❤️

Wine was good! Very nice place, I had a moscato vine… nice and sweet! Service was great!

Mmmm, service was good… but food was average and pricey. I had their house salad with chicken… the chicken was great… salad average. Blueberry mojito was nasty!! I’m a mojito aficionado and that was horrible. The lava bread was delicious… just get the bread…😒
