DON'T FALL FOR THE CHEAP PRICE. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU WAY MORE WHEN YOU TRY TO GET THE CAR
Horrible experience!- Professional Extortionists!!
I echo all the comments below. This company does not abide by what other companies like Kayak and Priceline. These companies should not work with Mex Rent a Car because it EXTORTS foreigners. I was told by the first lady that my car was given away because I came too late, but they have to keep a vehicle that you pay for, and I can not control the airplane, and they know that. I argued with her because she said that all they had were cars that were over one hundred dollars more. I kept arguing, and she finally told me to come back in 30 mins when a vehicle that was the amount I paid for would be available. I came back, and she was GONE. A new guy, Rudolfo, told me that his colleague was wrong and that I had to pay for an even more expensive upgrade. After much arguing and frustration. I walked away and made a new reservation because it was cheaper than his price. When I returned with the new reservation, he told me that he could not honor it and that Priceline was wrong! This company is a joke. I had to pay, but I will get my money back. This company should not be allowed to work in the airport; they are extortionists.
