Terrible - 5 stars if I could
Rented us a car with a speeding ticket on it
It got locked up and we couldn’t get through to customer service for hours. They said they would call back in 30 mins and didn’t. Missed our whole day trip and the customer service from there was terrible and the guy in the airport booth got super rude when we tried to negotiate a refund. So many more things to say but im tired. Just Stay away from this company. Ended up going to EuropeCar which was wayyyy better.
