Christ Church
Warm, welcoming and contemporary Anglican church.
People were warm, open and chatty. The minister was easily accessible.
The worship was contemporary but also incorporated old hymns accompanied by the organ (what a jolly surprise that was!). Very God focused worship team of musicians (and varied instruments - I spotted a clarinet or oboe and a sax!!) with a great choice of music both old and new.
A family church. Children have separate classes so the main service is pretty much calm and uninterrupted. There's a room for nursing mums with audio loop to the main service (how thoughtful).
Most of all - the heart of the church is service and it can be felt. It felt great to worship here as a visitor for 2 Sundays.
