Sunrise Dangol

Kamal Pokhari is ancient pond carrying historical significance. Lotus plants used to bloom in this pond giving it its name: Kamal Pokhari. Efforts have been made to preserve the pond however it is still being neglected. Pond cleanliness must be done periodically. Dead fishes are seen floating on the surface. Park maintenance must not be overlooked as well. Visitors should also be aware as junks are being thrown right into the pond. Relaxing ambience draws many visitors.

The ambience is somewhat on the better side. However, the place itself is cramped and congested on peak hours with just few guests. The food is decent but the serving portion not so moderate in consideration to the prices, with some dishes really very good. The chef is playful with new dishes and tries hard. Service is great and staffs are pleasant.
