It was an absolute pleasure working with Joseph and Ariel Consultants. Our midtown office was in need of floor repairs following water damage caused by a flood and Joseph and his team responded immediately to my inquiry and were extremely fair on price (they even price matched another quote I had received). The best thing about this team was their honesty. We had received various opinions from different contractors, some of which were telling us that we needed to do much more extensive repairs than was necessary. Joseph was honest with us and told us the true scope of the work required. The team worked with my schedule and completed the job in a single day! I was very impressed with the work and would recommend Ariel Consultants to anyone. I have dealt with thousands of contractors over the course of my career and Joseph and his team are some of the best you'll come across.

This is easily my favorite spot in Astoria, as both a bourbon lover and foodie. I have been here a few times (socially + for work) and everyone I have taken here has left incredibly impressed and constantly asks when we are returning. From the fish tacos to the incredibly large salad that we shared as an app (and still had leftovers from), you will not leave hungry. The cocktail list is one of the largest, and most creative I have seen and the single barrel bourbon options are nice to see (see photo). If you're looking for what is truly one of the best bars with great cuisine, I beg you to venture here. You won't regret it.
