So I rocked up to Allianz Stadium with dreams of a Roosters victory (and maybe some decent food, let's be real). Now, I opted for general admission, which basically meant I pledged temporary allegiance to the home team – the Roosters!

But the real win here was the food. Forget lukewarm hotdogs, Allianz is serving up Merivale-worthy eats! Think fancy burgers, delicious pizzas, the whole shebang. I even saw the Roosters completely demolish the Warriors (sorry Warriors fans, but it's true!).

Of course, no victory is complete without some merch. Snagged a Roosters beanie and basked in the glory of a Roosters win. Honestly,

One of the biggest lounges in the country and enough seating unlike other terminals where it's a musical chairs to find a place, great service and loads of seating options.

Decent venue with outdoor seating all throughout. Would be fantastic for a Sundowner. The one functioning bar was a bit inconvenient but a great place to chill overall

At Argyle Nightclub, where the music's volume competes with the sound of my own thoughts and the lighting is darker than my coffee order! But hey, if you've ever wondered what it feels like to dance amidst a legion of glow-sticks while being temporarily blinded by spontaneous strobe lights, this is your paradise.

For everyone whinging about service, it's a nightclub, what do you expect 😂...I went after ages and relived those younger days. Would have been oldest or older than the most in there.

Was lucky to be let in straight away without standing in queue , maybe the grey hair allowed for that.

Doss House is a whiskey bar with a difference.

The bartenders are experts in their field and they're always happy to recommend a drink to suit your taste. I tried the Last Word, which is the bartender's choice, and it was absolutely delicious.

The service is also excellent. The staff are friendly and attentive, and they're always happy to chat about whiskey.

Overall, Doss House is a great place to go for a night out. It's got a fun atmosphere, excellent service and delicious cocktails.

Don't quote me on it but I'm told he bar is named after a type of homeless shelter, which is a nod to the bar's down-to-earth atmosphere.
