I really don't want to be negative, but $72 for two adults and two kids to visit this museum is insane. It took a solid hour to walk through everything. My kids were bored to death. I love museums and I struggled outside of the Jim Henson collection to find anything interesting. Maybe I missed something, but we wandered and wandered and think we saw everything. The whole flow of the museum is confusing. It was also frustrating to see a lot of people walking around without wristbands meaning they were likely in there without paying which would be easy to do. I give it a star because of the free parking although it's very small garage and a star because it's the only thing to do in the entire city of Peoria and winter time. So I say just do your research before you commit to go in here and make sure this is something that would interest you... I just don't understand why there were so many children here because it doesn't seem like there's anything here they would really enjoy.

I enjoyed the free parking, but the lot was very small and had to wait for a spot. $7 per person I think's a little steep. I would think the company makes plenty of money off of merchandise and could make this free or even cheaper. Unless you're crazy about caterpillar or have a kid that's really into big trucks... Probably a skip.. but then again what else are you going to do in Peoria
