Inwood Hill Park
Hidden Gem of a park! I been living in the area for about 2 months and I never bothered to explore this park for the lack of good pictures, but im pleasantly surprised at how cool and dense this trail is.
Its 100% covered by trees, it feels nice and shady with some challenging hills. I wouldn’t recommend taking dogs here because of the wild life but it’s certainly allowed.
It took me about 1 hour to walk the big loop and the whole time I felt like I was outside the city breathing fresh air.

Le Cafe Coffee
I believe this is the perfect place to meet up with a friend who you haven’t seen in a while and wanted to catch up! Even tho is in the middle of a busy area, it wasn’t packed but pleasantly occupied.
I can see myself reading a book here for a couple of hours, I just don’t think I would be getting any work done due to the small size of the tables and bar near windows.
The coffee tasted great and the seats were very comfortable and the music not loud and distracting.
it’s very well lit with a modern touch and It was impeccably clean. I really enjoyed my time here.
There are several coffee shops in this Area but I found easy to find a spot to sit and chill here.

The Met Cloisters
Great Date spot! Also, its one of the most unreal places I ever visited; I felt like I traveled back in time and I was in a secluded Monastery. The Gardens are Beautiful and if you love the medieval time period you will appreciate all the artifacts and architecture.
It’s definitely worth checking it out! This is the right place for you if you are the kind of person who enjoys selfies or reading books in out of ordinary locations.

Fort Tryon
Very clean park with plenty of paved trails to walk on. There is a Beautiful garden nearby that I would not hesitate to visit also. It has some challenging hills to get there but definitely worth the view, Its also never overcrowded.

The Little Red Lighthouse
Im giving this place a 2 thumbs up! I thought it was going to be just a lonely boring light house, but there is so much more!! The view of the underside of the George washington bridge was breathtaking, I couldn’t stop thinking about how much history, time, and character is in this place.
