I've been living full-time at the Holiday Inn Suites in Waigani since April 2022. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and when there are maintenance issues, they are resolved at the first realistic opportunity. The guarding and physical security in the suites meets my expectations for the local security context. The Suites Operations Manager, Ruth Mantra, is always so helpful and goes out of her way to ensure customer's needs are met.
