Door men were wonderful. The apartment itself is old and poorly maintained. Stove was unusable, sink was tiny and faucet clogged up constantly. However I’m currently stuck in a circular email chain with Galina Shekoff in trying to obtain the status of my security deposit. It’s well past the 14 days they have to return the deposit by New York law. If you’re going to live here, be prepared to have your security deposit withheld until you take legal action.

The real charm of this place is the dogs an owners that visit, great neighborhood, conscientious owners, friendly dogs that play well. A flat area good for playing fetch, but no obstacles or terrain like some other parks. Worth the walk as your dog will come out less dirty and having had a grand time with the company of respectful dogs and owners.
