Resident is a must-visit spot for anyone looking for a great night out in the city. From the moment you walk in, you'll be struck by the amazing atmosphere and beautiful outdoor space. The ambiance is top-notch, with comfortable seating and cozy lighting that sets the perfect mood.

One thing that really stood out to me during my visit was the music. The selection was excellent and really added to the overall vibe of the place. I found myself tapping my feet and bopping my head along to the beat all night long.

If you're a fan of cocktails, you won't be disappointed at Resident. Their mixologists are true professionals, creating delicious and unique drinks that are sure to satisfy even the most discerning of palates. I highly recommend trying one of their signature cocktails - they're simply delicious!

However, I must mention that parking can be a bit of a challenge in the area, so it's worth considering taking public transportation or using a ride-sharing service to get to Resident.

Plenty of parking. There are five new (at least looks like new) tennis courts. 45 min per match if people are waiting. Over the weekends, usually, three courts are reserved for private classes.
