CS Chai

The One Pillar Pagoda is officially as the Dien Huu Pagoda. It is located in the Bai Dinh district of Hanoi, within walking distance from the city centre. It is an extraordinary temple built with fine architecture.

The whole temple is built on a single pillar in the middle of a lotus pond. It is believed to be built in the 11th century during the Ly’s dynasty, with the arrival of Buddhism to Vietnam.

This temple is now a famous tourist attraction as well as an important religious place of worship for local pilgrims.

Namdaemun Market is the largest market in Seoul. It is full of shops and stalls selling all kinds of goods including clothes, shoes, hats, household items, utensils, souvenirs, ginseng wine, etc.

There are many food and drinks stall too, offering delicious local dishes, traditional cakes and snacks. A few stalls are so popular that there always a queue of customers waiting.

It is among the must-visit places in this city. It opens early in the morning and remains open till the evening.

A popular tourist place at night. It is quite a distance away from the city centre. It is better to take a Grab car there at night to avoid walking through the dark alleys. There are colourful and brightly lit pedal-cars for rent. Another activity is where visitors try to walk between two big trees on a field. It is believed that their wish will come through if they are successful in doing so. There are blindfolds for rent too.
